I stopped into the showroom on 2-27 to take a look around and see some pricing on a white N5a Chris and Al were great with helping me get exactly what I was looking for. Thank you guys for your outstanding customer service. And for showing me around your facility! I’ve been a long time online customer, but I’ll be sure to stop in anytime I’m in the area.

I placed and paid for my order on 12/12/24 and still haven't received it! It was for a fire hood for my husband's Christmas gift. I gave them the benefit of doubt being g it was close to Christmas but it is now a month. I called last week on Monday and the representative said she she's the order and dosen't know why it hasn't shipped because it shows in stocks and to give it a week and if no email with a tracking number or product then call back. We'll I gave it 2 extra days and tried to call the number on the receipt and there website and all it says is the call can't be completed at this time. So I try the number on the Firestore website where I purchased from and all I get is busy tone. I sent another email today from my intoal 2 weeks ago that there was no response to. I would be leary if you want to buy from the Firestore or these people as they just take your money and don't give you a product or at least good customer service. It feels like a scam so therefore if I don't have my item or a tracking number by Friday I will be disputing the charge to get my money back! Horrible customer service and business!!!

Extremely poor fulfillment. Ordered one item on November 29th, Black Friday, for a Christmas gift. When the order was placed there was a message stating there was a 2-week delivery delay. Ok, I’ll get it by Christmas. Not so much, it is now January 16th and this order still hasn’t been fulfilled. Use caution when ordering from this company.

I don’t understand the negative reviews on this Google site, but I dealt with Witmer to purchase a Glock 22 but subsequently learned that I cannot have it transferred to California. I contacted Witmer on two occasions and during both communications with them I had positive positive interactions and helpful staff. They were responsive and helpful and help me cancel my order without any fuss I most certainly would deal with this company again based on my positive interactions with them

Been waiting for my order of a custom helmet front. The order was from 11/04/2023 and I have been waiting for a month to hear something. Your webpage is useless for any updated info. So, after just about a month I decided to call their number to inquire about my order. I spoke with a Carletta Wise who informed me that the company who makes these leather fronts are from California and his lead time is a ridiculous 9 weeks. She then advised me that if I pay an extra $15 plus tax we can expedite the order and the company would send me an email with tracking. So I paid the extra money and like magic my order was shipped the next day with no email or tracking number! The only way I knew it was on its way is because of my USPS app that tells me my delivery info. All this tells me is this company in California makes up these orders, throws them in a pile, and when they are good and ready to ship them out. But, if we throw in the extra $15.00 dollars they will pull your order out of the pile they have already completed and ship it out immediately. No wonder why they have a 9 week lead time, they have a lame lazy company making these products. It's a scam and this will be the last time I order anything from "The Fire Store"

BTW, after several more emails to Ms Wise, none were ever returned.

Placed an order on 12-16-23 for 2 helmet fronts. During checkout, it stated for delivery to happen before Christmas, you could pay an extra fee of somewhere between 11-15 dollars. Christmas has come and gone and here we are on 1-7-24 and I still do not have my order. I spoke to a representative on 12-27 to inquire about my order and she said that the lead time is 5-7 weeks if I remember correctly. I said ok if that’s the case, then why did it give the option to pay more to have it before Christmas? I asked for a refund of the extra money I paid to have it before then and I have yet to see that either. I should have done my homework before ordering. I will NOT be ordering from Witmer Public Safety Group again.

If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. This "Cop Shop" is a scam center. My husband purchased 2 firearms in the beginning of the year which were not delivered as promised and when he attempted to reach out to the merchant, no one answered or returned his calls/emails. He went through our bank to dispute the charges in order to get our refund and then miraculously the guns were ready for pick up. The merchant released the guns to my husband and then proceeded to have his cop buddies reach out to me threatening to charge me with theft of firearms issuing a warrant for my arrest, claiming they never received the money. A bank statement proved that they did in fact receive the funds but never informed their cop friends which has now resulted in me having to prove not only my husbands innocence but mine as well. It has jeopardized my conceal carry permit license which as a woman who is often grocery shopping alone, is vital in protecting not only myself but my daughter as well. I'm extremely disappointed this seems to be a trending issue and nothing has been done about it. It is in situations like this that people have lost faith in the human race and those who took an oath to protect and serve.

***UPDATE***

The facts provided below are inaccurate since the chargeback occurred prior to any delivery, notification or pick up of the firearms as shown by my bank statement. Police did contact me, however, no deadline was actually provided to call and make payment and per my bank statement which was supplied to the police, payment had been made on July 13th. Why were police told on August 4th that payment hadn't been received when clearly this was inaccurate? He was told you had a new finance system but I see no mention of this below

Yes, I agree, better communication could have solved this problem which the lack of started when WPSG failed to communicate or respond to the multiple attempts made to make contact regarding the delivery of paid for merchandise. This could have been avoided had WPSG used basic retail 101 skills and confirmed payment prior to handing over merchandise (especially firearms) but it's been a while since I've worked in retail so maybe this has changed?

Better communication, organization and customer service is highly recommended but judging from the track record of the many reviews who have had similar issues as I did, I don't have high expectations. Seems the common denominator is WPSG. Had I had any part of choosing the facility my husband purchased from, this would not have been the one I had gone with. My husband has certainly learned his lesson and will do his adequate research before choosing such an unorganized "Cop Shop" ever again.
