The ladies at this place were kind enough to help me pick out the perfect gift for my girlfriend. It's a very warming place to go and Kathy is the most wonderful young lady I ever met. She takes her time with her customers and will always find the answers to any questions that you ask her. She definitely has 5 stars from me.

Prices are outrageous, and the sizes are for tiny size 0 women with a 0 size bust...im normally a size 8 it fit me like a 4. They dont allow returns. So try things on before you buy! You're better off at salvation army or goodwill. Staff is always friendly and sweet but that's the only perk to this place...very small space hard to look around when there are other in the store.. I don't see this place lasting in this area for much longer...youll also find designer heels much much cheaper elsewhere. They all look worn and she only carries tiny sizes...

On google, the hours show that it is open until 6:00 on Saturday. We walked in at 4:55, the young girl at the counter said that she was closing in 5 minutes. We asked why it was posted as closing at 6:00? She said it’s wrong, there was 4 people in the store. We started looking around while she was talking to a customer about an appointment. At 5:07 she told us she was closing. My daughter and I each had an item in our hands. I asked if we could return them tomorrow if they didn’t fit, she said no returns. She said to come back tomorrow. We didn’t have time to try them on, and we wouldn’t be able to return them! It’s a shame that this girl doesn’t understand customer service. There are so many consignment shops around, I don’t think that I would waste my time again. I never leave work on time, most people don’t. I never give poor reviews, but this really bothers me!
