Kind of an oddly populated place, considering that it's the only place to shop or dine for miles if you live in Wood Ranch. My apartment is right next to this shopping center and I currently don't have a car so it's kind of a drag to be limited (most of the time) to the few businesses located here. There are a few restaurants, a Starbucks, a CVS and some insurance company. I think there might be a dry cleaner and a mail store, but I'm not entirely sure. Randomly, there's also an indoor laser tag venue, which seems kind of out of place, but other than that, these are the only places I've noticed are here.
In addition, when I first moved here a few months ago, I was thrilled that there was a CVS in such close proximity to my apartment. I figured that if I needed anything, I'd be able to walk over and get most items you'd expect to see in a drug store like this. However, they are FREQUENTLY out of numerous products they are supposed to sell. I'd also like to add that the selection of items available is quite sparse as well.

Nice local center where Viva La Pasta is my favorite for meals before visiting the Reagan Library with family or friends. Sunday brunch is special. Look for their discount coupons.

Nice little shopping center features an excellent Italian restaurant, an excellent sushi restaurant, Starbucks, Subway and a CVS drug store. There is a space available for lease that would be perfect for a smaller grocery store or a breakfast restaurant.

Sat in front of Starbucks with a quad expresso shot and ran an online demo meeting there in the sunshine. Fairly quiet, not much traffic noise nor the usual blaring Starbucks music.
