This store is super clean well stocked and has a excellent butcher section. I absolutely love the beef roasts and their produce selection. Some items are a bit more expensive than the bigger stores but for the convenience of not going to Monticello or Middletown town, worth it.
Staff is friendly enough and helpful when needed. They have a full service Deli with Boar's head meats as well as Thumans, they make good sandwiches and have a fresh assortment of breads and rolls.
Only down side that cost them 1 ⭐ no public restrooms

We really want to support our town and locals but this place makes it very difficult to do that. Their prices are insane. The only time their prices are decent is when they have the $1 sale on salads and other items that are about to expire. You want mozzarella cheese? If you have $7 go for it.

Having this grocer nearby is definitely a plus, but the prices make it hard to make this a go-to spot for a full shopping. I might go here if I need one or two items, but until their prices come down to a reasonable amount, I'll still be shopping in middletown.

Girl at the counter rang up a yellow bell pepper as a yellow onion but a red pepper cost me $3 under “gourmet red pepper”? I also had to bag my own groceries because she wanted to talk to the next lady in line about how she looks like Wednesday. Just put the groceries in the bag, Chinsday.

Very expensive place i understand inflation but if u gotta get meats or deli u have to if u dnt wanna drive far go to dollar general an save the employees are nice we'll that's the only problem I got there

Everyone in the area knows their prices are insanely high and you only go there in a pinch. The staff all seem to have the attitude that they're being held hostage there. The looks on their faces are far from warm and welcoming. The way they speak to a customer is far from welcoming but more like get out of my face. If this is the best the new owners can do as far as help maybe they should consider paying a little more and being more attentive and supervising their staff. There should not be an attitude of contempt when talking and dealing with people who are giving you their money for items that are well overpriced. A deli counter that closes 2 hours before the store under the excuse they can't get help and the ones they have are sick? Really? Maybe it's time for a new excuse, this one has been has been given out at least the past 2 months. Locals shop there because they have to, not because they want to.

They have a great selection of local produce. The ribeye hamburger meat that they sell is well worth the price! The house made sausages and brats are great! Good bread and pastry from the bakery. Staff is always friendly.

What I like about this place is that it's small, navigate something in the first row you can always return without breaking your knees. It has a little bit of everything and the solids in the deli are delicious
