Lots of great sales going on. Easy to find. Needs more food selections, but all of my favorite shops are there.

It's albeit a ghost town these days. Food court consists of ONE eatery. There was a sign saying there was a pizzeria down by JCPenny. We didn't make it that far before turning around and leaving. Unfortunately, I think malls are a dying breed.

I went with my family yesterday for shopping and while my family was at H&M and Payless, I start walking around and taking some pictures that I always post on Google.
Suddenly, I was approached by a white and short "security guard" who asked me to stop taking pictures and if I do one more time, he will escort me outside the mall. Folks, welcome to the Soviet Union in Pennsylvania. There was "no sign" instructing people to "Not take pictures". I didn't want to go far on this because I had children with me but I was in shock to see such behavior inside a Pensylvinia mall that is also about to go bankrupt because stores are closing all over inside this "private property" as the security guard. It was a bad experience.

We usually go to the Lehigh Valley Mall to see Santa but this year we came to the Wyoming Valley Mall - both Santa and the staff were amazing they made my daughter feel comfortable when she was scared and ACTUALLY GOT GREAT PICTURES!!!!

I just had a wonderful experience with Craig, Santa and Kristine at the Santa shop for the photos they were amazing! I look forward to taking all my photos there my Easter and Christmas next year

From being the perfect hangout spots for teens to a practically empty building…
I really hope someone can come in an modernize this building. Would love to have some outdoor shopping options similar to the Lehigh Valley Mall.

The food court is practically non-existent. The mall itself was nice, though. The Santa Claus was great.
