High quality bikes and an extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Been very happy with the Stoker model I picket up over a year ago and ride it on fire roads all around Marin with no problem. Steve and Joe have been really helpful and open to answer any questions I have had coming into the shop.

What a great location! Can ride out in any direction for a great day on a Xtracycle cargo bike! These folks hosted a really fun event last Saturday and it gave me a great opportunity to drive up and visit. Check them out!

Love the folks at Xtracycle - very friendly and low key, what you'd want and expect from a company that sells cargo bikes (among other things). We love this cargo bike, it's super well built and stable, and battery assist is luxurious!

Wonderful knowledgable staff, only great things to say about my Xtracycle experience. I rented four e-bikes for a 10 day music tour. The bikes were smooth, safe, fun, sturdy, and fit all of our guitars, luggage, and amps. The staff at Xtracycle provided us support on the road, local knowledge, and traded out batteries, brake pads, and tubes for no extra cost. They made us feel valued and cared for.

I had a really nice experience in this xtracycle location, both over phone and on location. Great product knowledge and help with test riding. Moreover the products are amazing. After a rent period we are sold and will buy our own!

Steve and Joe were so helpful when we came in looking to rent an e-bike for the day. The bike was great, the store was organized and clean, and the service was off the charts. I would definitely recommend this little shop to anyone and we will be coming back in the future.

didn't buy a bike there, but my mate had a flat tyre nearby and no patches left, so the people at Xtracycle helped us out with patches and tools and refused any payment at all. Also, they were all super nice! I can definitely recommend the people behind the brand.
