Sunni's yarn store is amazing! The customer service is top notch, and the selection is fantastic. I have such a great time when I am at the store. Sunni is so knowledgeable, and helpful. I love the Yarn Exchange shelf, where you can trade in your unused yarn for other people’s unused yarn.

Sunni carries a nice collection of natural yarn classics, as well as irresistible luxury and trendy yarns.

This sweet store should absolutely be on your itinerary. It's got great yarn in a variety of weights and colors. And it's also half gift shop. Don't leave without some local chocolate to eat as you frog a bunch of rows in a grounded project...

Yarn has moved to a nearby location with a much larger space. Sunni, the owner is very knowledgeable about the trade, and the products she sells. She offers her time to shoppers with questions and hosts interesting classes. It is always a treat to stop by and see all the lovelies, but she mails out products as well which has been great with our pandemic restrictions.

I love this shop! Go here if you're looking for quality yarn like Merino, Alpaca, organic cotton or other natural fibers that you can't find at a Joann's or a corporate craft store. Skeins can get pricy, but having myself worked at a yarn store in another city I know that with yarn, and especially wool, you get what you pay for. This place is a farmers market for yarn--you can find locally made products and wool and tons of other stuff. Sunni (the owner) was extremely helpful finding me the pattern for a shop-sample hat that I really liked, she had to ask the person who made it and I think they even wrote up the pattern just so she could get back to me several days later with it. I also had a couple of sweaters with holes repaired here awhile back and they did a fantastic job matching the thread to the fabric color, I could not even see the mends! I will likely bring in another sweater to be fixed soon. Also, they have that carousel thing that winds your skein into a ball. We are so lucky to have a quality yarn store like this in our area!
