This corner of shopping this mall in Yuba City has a lot to offer it could use a little bit more upgraded stores to choose from. I know we don't all have money nowadays and that's what this area mall is there for. The people like me that don't have a lot of money. But still offers nice things to buy at a slightly reasonable price.

Great place to spend the day. Clean restrooms, food court and play area for the kids to enjoy. Lots of great stores and it also has the Planet Fitness gym on site. My family had a great time and we will be back for sure soon!

I don't really shop too much in this mall but when I do Its a good experience. We usually go to the arcade so my son can play and he has a blast. The people that work there are super nice. The mall itself has a nice food court and clean bathrooms. Its a small mall compared to other towns but it still has a nice blend of stores. I like the kids stroller cars that you can rent. My son loves them. The mall hosts some pretty cool events for kids a lot too which is nice. The parking there sucks though. It's always packed and hard to find a spot. Other than that it's a really nice family friendly place to shot. I totally recommend it.

The mall is very clean and there is plenty of room for social distancing. The only problem is that most of the stores are still closed due to COVID-19 quarantine, but enough stores are open (such as JcPenney and Sears, as well as American Eagle Outfitters and Aéropostale) to enjoy shopping.

The one place that was packed was Nail Tech, which was full of people. Bath & Body Works is still closed, but SEARS is having going-out-of-business sales.

Great store👍Love this place they have everything that you need from jewelry to food. Entertainment for your kids, you can ride with them on a stunning steam train , jumping on an awesome trampoline if you're light enough 130 ponds you also can jump they Also have a lot for your taste a lot of amazing shops from Sephora JCPenney to Dress for Less depends Also if you're hungry they have a lot of cafes they also have a store where you can buy food sometimes they have great sales for products at Smart& Final and finally you can get fit at the Planet Fitness.
